1. INTRODUCTION

1.1.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, quotations, journeys, transfers, account services, communications, and related services provided by Minicabing.com, trading as Minicabing.com.

1.2.

By requesting a quote, making a booking, opening an account, using this website, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.3.

If you make a booking on behalf of another passenger or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

1.4.

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on our website. The version in force at the time of booking will apply to that booking unless otherwise stated.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1.

Account means a customer account opened by us for an approved customer or business client.

2.2.

Account Customer means a customer or organisation using our account services.

2.3.

Booking means any request for services made by phone, website, email, live chat, app, account portal, or any other accepted method.

2.4.

Charges means the price payable for the services, including any additional waiting, parking, toll, amendment, cancellation, route variation or other applicable charges.

2.5.

Collection Address means the pick-up point provided when the booking is made or later amended and accepted by us.

2.6.

Customer means the person, passenger, company or account holder making or benefiting from the booking.

2.7.

Driver means a driver, chauffeur, subcontractor, transport partner or operator assigned to carry out the booking.

2.8.

Passenger Vehicle means the vehicle assigned to perform the booking.

2.9.

Passenger(s) means the customer and any other person travelling under the booking.

2.10.

Services means passenger transport services, airport transfers, port transfers, station transfers, parcel or item delivery services where offered, and related booking services supplied by us.

2.11.

Waiting Time Fee means any fee charged for time spent waiting beyond any free waiting allowance stated in these Terms or in your booking confirmation.

3. BOOKINGS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

3.1.

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We may refuse any booking at our discretion.

3.2.

A contract is formed when we accept your booking and issue confirmation, or otherwise confirm that the booking has been accepted.

3.3.

You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details are complete and accurate, including addresses, flight details, date, time, passenger numbers, luggage, and any special requirements.

3.4.

If your booking details are inaccurate, incomplete, or materially different at pick-up, additional charges may apply and we may refuse carriage if the assigned vehicle is no longer suitable.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1.

Bookings may be paid by card, PayPal, approved account invoice, or cash where cash payment is expressly offered and accepted by us.

4.2.

For card and PayPal bookings, payment may be taken or authorised before the journey takes place, depending on the payment method and booking flow.

4.3.

Cash bookings are only accepted where specifically approved by us and may be withdrawn at any time at our discretion.

4.4.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, all charges shown or quoted are inclusive of any applicable taxes required to be included by law for that payment type.

5. QUOTATIONS, ROUTES AND PRICING

5.1.

Any quoted price is based on the journey details provided at the time of quotation or booking, including the route, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage, timing, and any stated stops or via points.

5.2.

We reserve the right to revise the quoted price if the booking details change, if additional waiting or parking is incurred, if the route materially changes, or if any information supplied by you was incomplete or inaccurate.

5.3.

Drivers may choose a reasonable route in order to complete the journey safely and efficiently. If you ask for a materially different route, additional charges may apply.

5.4.

Quotes are generally valid for a limited period only and may expire or change if not booked promptly.

6. WAITING TIME, PARKING AND NO-SHOWS

6.1.

For standard non-airport collections, we normally allow up to 10 minutes free waiting time from the booked pick-up time unless your booking confirmation states otherwise.

6.2.

For airport or port collections, we normally allow up to 20 minutes free waiting time from the scheduled pick-up time unless your booking confirmation states otherwise. Parking charges may also apply where relevant.

6.3.

If flight details are provided, we may monitor the flight and adjust the collection time based on the latest known arrival information. If no flight number is provided, we will rely on the time given by you.

6.4.

Additional waiting and parking charges may apply once the free waiting period has ended.

6.5.

If we cannot contact you and you do not present for the journey within the applicable waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show and cancellation or full fare charges may apply.

6.6.

Delays caused by immigration, baggage reclaim, airport security, event crowding, venue access restrictions or similar third-party factors may still result in additional waiting or parking charges once free waiting time has expired.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

7.1.

You may request cancellation before pick-up. Any refund or cancellation fee will depend on whether the cancellation is made before or after the deadline stated in your booking confirmation or account terms.

7.2.

You may request amendments to the address, vehicle, date, time, passenger details or other booking details before the applicable amendment deadline. After that point, changes may no longer be possible.

7.3.

Any amendment may result in a revised price. If the amended booking costs more than the original booking, the additional amount must be accepted and, where required, paid before the amendment is confirmed.

7.4.

Where a booking is cancelled after a driver has been dispatched, after arrival at the collection point, or after waiting has commenced, cancellation and waiting charges may apply.

8. VEHICLES, PASSENGERS AND LUGGAGE

8.1.

You are responsible for choosing a suitable vehicle for the number of passengers and amount of luggage travelling. If the actual passenger or luggage requirement exceeds the booked requirement, we may refuse travel or charge for a larger replacement vehicle if available.

8.2.

We may upgrade or substitute the booked vehicle where reasonably necessary, provided the replacement is suitable for the journey.

8.3.

Passengers must behave in a safe and respectful manner. Drivers may refuse carriage to any passenger who is abusive, threatening, intoxicated, dangerous, or likely to cause damage or disruption.

8.4.

Passengers must wear seatbelts where required by law.

8.5.

Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.

8.6.

Alcohol may not be consumed in the vehicle unless expressly permitted by us.

8.7.

Music, noise or conduct that distracts the driver or causes nuisance is not permitted.

9. CHILDREN, CHILD SEATS AND SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

9.1.

Child seats are generally not supplied unless expressly stated. You may bring your own child seat where appropriate, but it must be compatible with the assigned vehicle and cannot usually be stored by the driver after drop-off.

9.2.

Unaccompanied minors may only travel where expressly accepted by us. If accepted, the booking must clearly state that the passenger is a child travelling alone.

9.3.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist passengers with disabilities or mobility requirements where notified in advance.

10. PETS AND ASSISTANCE DOGS

10.1.

Guide dogs and accredited assistance dogs are carried in accordance with applicable law.

10.2.

Other pets are carried only by prior agreement and only in suitable vehicles. Additional charges may apply.

10.3.

Pets must be safely restrained or suitably enclosed where appropriate.

11. CLEANING, DAMAGE AND EXTRA COSTS

11.1.

You are responsible for any cleaning, repair, damage, soiling, or loss resulting from the conduct of any passenger travelling under your booking.

11.2.

We may charge reasonable cleaning fees, repair costs, recovery costs, and compensation for driver downtime where the vehicle is damaged, excessively soiled, or taken out of service.

12. ACCOUNT SERVICES

12.1.

Account facilities are available only where approved by us. We may suspend, vary or withdraw account facilities at any time.

12.2.

Account customers must pay invoices within the agreed payment term. We may charge interest or administration costs on overdue balances where permitted by law and contract.

12.3.

We may set or vary a credit limit and may suspend further bookings if the account exceeds that limit or invoices become overdue.

12.4.

Any invoice dispute must be raised promptly and within the period stated on the invoice or account terms.

13. LOST PROPERTY

13.1.

We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle.

13.2.

If property is found and returned to us or the driver, we may make reasonable efforts to contact you. Return or courier arrangements may be subject to additional charges.

14. LIABILITY

14.1.

We will use reasonable care and skill in supplying the services.

14.2.

Journey times, arrival times and pick-up times are estimates only. Traffic, weather, road closures, security restrictions, breakdowns, accidents, airport delays and other events outside our control may affect timing.

14.3.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14.4.

Subject to clause 14.3, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, missed flights, missed appointments, loss of business, or loss arising from events outside our reasonable control.

15. WEBSITE, COOKIES AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

15.1.

Our website may use third-party services, including mapping, payment, analytics, communication and review tools. We are not responsible for outages, inaccuracies or failures of third-party systems outside our control.

15.2.

We may use cookies and similar technologies. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details on how we handle personal data and website usage information.

16. GENERAL

16.1.

No delay or failure by us to enforce any right under these Terms shall amount to a waiver of that right.

16.2.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16.3.

These Terms, together with any booking confirmation and any applicable account agreement, form the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the booking.
