You will be provided with the driver details prior to the journey commencing, and you will know the driver’s name, phone number and car registration details to ensure you are able to spot each other with ease. If for any reason you cannot locate your driver, it’s best to contact the driver first, as they will be able to assist you best. You can cancel, edit or postpone your booking through your booking dashboard if you have registered an account with us. If you do not have an account, you will need to call us. Some options are only available before the deadline. Once the deadline has passed, certain options may no longer be available. You will find this deadline in your booking confirmation email.

If you cancel your booking before the deadline, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the deadline are not eligible for a refund. You can find this deadline in your booking confirmation email.

Airport Pickup: You receive 20 minutes of free waiting time. Waiting and parking charges apply if you are not available for pickup after the free waiting period ends. Non-Airport Pickup: You receive 10 minutes of free waiting time. Waiting and parking charges apply if you are not available for pickup after the free waiting period ends.

Waiting charges are £7.50 per 15 minutes for Saloon, Estate, and MPV vehicles, and £10 per 15 minutes for Executive and Minibus vehicles. Parking charges vary depending on the pickup location.

Depending on the number of passengers and luggage, we recommend different vehicle sizes that we believe will best suit your needs without compromising on comfort. If you have unusual types of luggage, it may require special arrangements. Below, we’ve listed some of the common luggage options our clients often bring:

Saloon Car: Accommodates up to 3 passengers plus 3 medium suitcases (20kg max) or 3 passengers 2 large suitcases (20kg max) or 4 passengers plus hand luggage. Any more luggage than this will require a larger vehicle.

Executive Car: Accommodates up to 3 passengers plus 3 medium suitcases (20kg max) 3 passengers 2 large suitcases (20kg max) or 4 passengers plus hand luggage. Any more luggage than this will require a larger vehicle.

Estate Car: Accommodates up to 4 passengers plus 4 suitcases (20kg max). Any more luggage than this will require a larger vehicle.

People Carrier: Accommodates up to 5 passengers plus 3 suitcases (20kg max) or 6 passengers plus hand luggage. Any more luggage than this will require a larger vehicle.

8 Seater MiniBus: Accommodates up to 8 passengers plus 8 suitcases (20kg max). Any more luggage than this will require a larger vehicle.

The minimum notice required to make a booking is 3 hours. However, we always recommend booking at least 24 hours before your required pick-up time.

Transport for London requires that all licensed London minicabs provide services to guide dog users without extra charges. If a company or driver refuses to provide service or charges extra because of a guide dog, you can report them directly to the Transport for London Private Hire (minicab) division. This applies only to accredited assistance dog users.

Pets are allowed in certain vehicles only, with additional charges, so it’s best to pre-book this service. Pets must travel in a safe cage or secured with a safety leash/harness while in transit, as required by law.

Please note that child seats are not a requirement in Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles; therefore, we do not enforce or provide them during your journey with us. You may bring your own child seat, but it cannot be stored with the driver.

It is always advisable to allow extra time for immigration and customs. We provide 20 minutes of free waiting time to cover any unexpected delays. After the 20 minutes of free waiting time has ended, waiting and additional parking charges will apply.

If you believe you have left something in one of our drivers’ vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible. Although we instruct our drivers to check the vehicle after each journey, misplaced items can sometimes be overlooked and may go missing once other passengers board the vehicle. If you need assistance with a lost item, you can call us at +447881026405. Please note that we will require your booking ID and name to complete a lost and found form. If we find any misplaced items, we will contact you and arrange for a courier service to return the items to you. Please be aware that all courier service charges must be paid prior to the package being sent.

The most common reason for not receiving a confirmation is that the email address provided may be incorrect. You should also check if the email landed in your spam or junk folder. In any case, please contact us, and we will resend your booking confirmation.
