Airport pickups can be tricky, especially after a long flight. Passengers may need time for passport control, baggage collection, customs, phone signal, airport Wi-Fi and finding the correct arrivals area. How to Make Your Airport Pickup Smoother

A good airport pickup starts with the correct booking details. Please make sure you provide your flight number, arrival airport, terminal where possible, passenger details and a mobile number that will be reachable after landing. These details help us plan the pickup properly and help the driver understand where and when to meet you.

When choosing your pickup time, please leave enough time after landing for passport control, baggage reclaim and customs. Some passengers come out quickly, while others may take longer depending on the airport, airline, luggage, immigration queues and whether the flight is domestic or international. It is better to choose a realistic pickup time than to rush through the airport.

If you are using an international number, please keep it reachable after landing. The driver will normally try to contact you on WhatsApp first, so if you use WhatsApp, connect your phone to the airport Wi-Fi if mobile roaming is not active. This is especially important if you cannot immediately find the driver at the meeting point.

For airport drop-offs, please allow enough time for traffic, check-in, luggage drop, security and walking to the gate. Getting to the airport early is always better than arriving too close to departure time and risking a missed flight.

Before you book an airport pickup

Check your flight number, arrival airport, terminal, passenger count, luggage and contact number. If anything changes after booking, please contact us before your latest edit deadline where possible.

After your flight lands

Keep your phone switched on, connect to airport Wi-Fi if needed, collect your luggage and make your way to the agreed meeting point. If you cannot find the driver, contact us before leaving the airport.

Travelling with luggage or children

Choose a vehicle that matches your passengers and luggage. Suitcases should fit safely in the boot. If you have extra luggage, an Estate, MPV or Minibus may be more suitable than a Saloon.

Planning an airport drop-off

Allow extra time for traffic, busy travel periods, check-in and security. For early morning flights, late-night journeys or longer routes, it is safer to leave earlier than to cut it too fine.

Due to ongoing construction work, drivers cannot park and wait at the terminal. After collecting your luggage and entering the Arrivals Hall, please contact your driver. Allow approximately 5–10 minutes for your driver to reach the pick-up area. Follow the signs for Priority Pick-Up towards the car park. Your driver will meet you at one of the designated pick-up zones (1, 2, 3 or 4) and confirm the exact zone with you.

Airport Pickup Guide FAQs

Does the airport pickup time mean my flight landing time?

No. Your booked pickup time is the time arranged for meeting your driver, and it may be later than the flight landing time. Allow for disembarking, border checks where applicable and baggage collection. If you need a different collection time, contact us rather than assuming it has changed.

What waiting time is included in an airport collection?

The first 30 minutes of airport pickup waiting are included, including the initial parking allowance. After that, additional waiting or parking charges may apply. Contact your driver promptly if you are delayed in Arrivals.

Where can I find the latest terminal meeting instructions?

Use the airport and terminal directory above. Where domestic and international arrivals have different arrangements, choose the category relevant to your flight. If your driver sends instructions specific to your booking, follow those instead.

What should I do if my baggage is delayed?

Keep your phone available and tell your assigned driver that you are still in baggage reclaim. Do not leave for a different meeting location without agreeing it with the driver. Extra waiting charges may apply after the included waiting period.

Can I contact my driver using WhatsApp after I land?

You can use WhatsApp if you and the driver have an available contact number. If you are travelling with an overseas SIM, airport Wi-Fi may help you receive messages where mobile roaming is unavailable. You can also contact booking support if you cannot reach the driver.

What if my arrival terminal or flight number changes?

Contact us as soon as you know about the change. A different terminal can mean different meeting instructions, and flight monitoring alone should not be relied upon to update every booking detail. Check your confirmed pickup time and any revised instructions.
