Plane delayed so Driver fortunately waited . But further delayed as one suitcase had been lost. 1 passenger went through and found driver to explain further delay whilst Airport staff hunted for missing luggage. Case eventually found in luggage dump 3/4 hour later. Driver had to charge us additional sum for his time and additional car Park fee. In order to make payment had to scan details of Credit card onto his i-pad. Told receipt would be sent to my e-mail address, but to date this not received. Please send urgently as needed to claim from Airport. Tip in cash already given to driver.

My driver did message me while he was en route to me to say he was running 15 minutes late due to traffic on M3. Absolutely NOT his fault (I saw the traffic jam when we were heading back) and I appreciated knowing in advance what was happening. My driver was extremely courteous, helpful and polite and most importantly a very safe driver. The vehicle had plenty of room for luggage and was very comfortable. I would definitely use him again.
